On August 8, 2026, from 12:30–1:30 p.m., the BESDF Scholarship Recipient Program was held to celebrate and support the educational journeys of this year’s scholarship recipients.
The program opened with a warm welcome from Stacy Robinson, BESDF Scholarship Chairperson, followed by an overview of the George Henry White Memorial Health Center presented by Carol Caldwell, GHW Center Program Manager.
A highlight of the program was the presentation of the BESDF Scholarship Awards to three deserving students—one African American student and two Native American students—recognizing their achievements and supporting their continued pursuit of higher education.
The program concluded with final remarks from Dr. Milton Campbell, BESDF President.
